Unemployed and sitting at home for 6 years after I matriculated…

26 year old Mlungise Vincent Mbele from Lamontville has been unemployed since he matriculated in 2009. Due to financial constraints coming from a disadvantaged family he could not pursue the career of his choice through further studies and was not able to get a job either.

In 2015 a friend of his introduced him to Careerlinx and after he registered with Careerlinx he was connected to Labora Shoes learner-ship programme which comes with a stipend. He tells us that there is a great atmosphere at the training centre with excellent and professional facilitators that know how to tutor them and motivate them to be the best that they can be.

“The future looks promising and positive”  says Vincent  ‘and I can with confidence say that  Careerlinx is a  great organisation that is empowering the young people of South Africa.” He ends with saying  ”Thank You Careerlinx for connecting me to this opportunity”
