From unemployed mother to independent business woman…



Amanda Luthuli from Lamontville  tells us how she has learned to face her fears, can now provide for her family and has become a strong woman who can face challenges life brings her way with confidence. “My life has been completely changed from being an unemployed mother unable to feed her family to an independent business woman. “Thank you Careerlinx and Clothing Bank for giving me the opportunity” says Amanda




It wasn’t an easy journey….



Slindile Msomi unemployed mother from Inanda registered with Careerlinx and was connected too Clothing Bank Opportunity. She tells us how since then she has learned how to manage her finances, pay off her debts and support her family.  She very proudly tells us how she has learned about business and becoming an organised woman.  “It wasn’t an easy journey selling clothes to people in my community” but as I kept on trying and with help and training it became easier as I learned what my customers needed” says Slindile.” Thank You for connecting me to this opportunity Careerlinx, I am so proud to be one of your candidates on this programme.”


I am so proud of the changes in me and our family life..



Nobuhle Magwaza from Kwadebeka was introduced to Careerlinx by a friend and then connected to Clothing Bank opportunity with her friend. She tells us how her family had no food to eat, a mountain of debts that she could not pay.
