Careerlinx Business Services (Pty) Ltd proudly South African owned company with a level 1 BBBEE empowered entity status has been established with the view of supporting and providing a self-sustained income for Careerlinx Empowerment Solutions Non Profit Company (NPC) which was established 25th October 2012 and registered with the Department of Social Services as a non-profit organization (NPO); as well as with S.A.R.S. as Section 18a a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) under Section 30 of the Income Tax Act.
We aim to provide services that fill the missing steps to ensure the youth in South Africa is ready to enter the market place for employment and business opportunities as well as assist corporate companies who have hired these young people before work readiness interventions.
Our Non Profit owns 100% of the shares of the Pty, thus it is a Business with a Mission to generate income to empower and increase employability for the unemployed youth on our database. We believe that this company will not only be able to facilitate skills training for the business sector which is required, by law, to invest in skills development in order to qualify for large contracts, but will also provide some of the on-the-ground skills resources needed by the beneficiaries on our non-profit database.
Our main focus on training interventions are:
AET Literacy and Numeracy, work readiness which includes basic computers admin & psycho-social interventions
